My name is Maria Beltran and this is my second year as an educator. Before coming to Libertas, I was completing my Bachelors Degree in Film from California State University Long Beach. As a program leader for Libertas After School, I teach crocheting. I chose to teach at Libertas because of the opportunity granted to educators to teach vital life skills that enrich the minds and lives of students in and out of school.
